great work! I like the whole layout of the picture too =)
Btw, would you recommend buying the Marmoset Toolbag? I find quite many people using it, do you use it only for rendering final images or what?

Thank you :) and yes if you do real-time work you should def get it. I use it mostly to show up props and stuff. much faster and better results then loading it to UDK or Unity. Def worth the money :)

Nice work, very interesting weapon. The sights feel a little flimsy, like its barely attached to the barrel, but overall nicely executed. The peel in the corner of the label is a nice touch.

Thanks! as for the sights I can see what you mean should have added a ring or a bigger base.

The only thing I'd have wanted to see is the side part with the gears recess more; it looks like the gears are just pattern and it would have been neat to see them look like they actually did something. (The grey next to them just looks like flat surface rather than a recess.) Otherwise, fantastic; I love it.

Thanks! They were suppose to move...until I saw my poly count go up up up so now they are just patterns :) had to sacrifice something for the poly count and they were less important then the sights.

Beautiful, love the colours!

Do you do this purely freelance or are you hired by anyone/a company?

This one was all for me, just a small side project on my days off. I do take small jobs from time to time but mostly I am still trying to get in the industry :)
